Personal Project- 57 ragtop Bug

I've been working on the renderings and general design for my personal project car. This is a 1957 Volkswagen ragtop Bug. The base car came from the original owner in NC, who drove it until the late 70s and then parked it in his barn.
It's an ongoing and evolving process, but this is generally what it will look like when it's done. I've been doing some basic 3d scans and modeling one-off parts for the interior, suspension, drivetrain, etc that will be fabricated. I keep adding these parts to the 3d model, so when it's finished I should have an almost complete car modeled. This won't be a fast project, I don't want to rush it, but hopefully I will make it to SEMA in the next couple of years.
Designing project cars like this has always been my passion, so it's nice to be able to put a lot of time and detail into my own for once.
